THE MOODBOARD

INITIAL CLIENT CALL + THEMING

Once we understand your event, objectives + budget, we create a preliminary creative direction using imagery, colour palettes, textures, materials + visual references.

This is our first creative checkpoint + our chance to make sure we're heading in the right direction before developing the full design.

THE EVENT DECK

A VISUAL LOOKBOOK OF OPTIONS

Once the creative direction is approved, we develop an event deck that visually demonstrates each event element + how it all flows together. This can include custom renders, floor plans, graphic design, detailed design elements + an overall breakdown of the proposed event.

All pricing is provided separately, broken down by event component so you can clearly see where your investment is going as you select items aligned with your budget.
